It seems like almost each day we hear of someone that is suffering with a disease or ailment; and we all worry about our own state of health.

Most people never think twice about what they put into their mouth.
If it tastes good, they eat it. They never understand how most of the food they are eating is hurting them, not nourishing them. If many would STOP and read the ingredients on labels first, they would be amazed at what they are eating. I took time to read labels at Walmart recent. I was shocked.
Daily people eat fruits sprayed with poison, fish from China, even frozen vegetables by well known brands are now from China.
We must stop being human garbage machines! Our body WILL get sick from this type of eating sooner or later. It is only a matter of time until disease rears its ugly head.
#2 Most people eat the wrong food
Eating clean means keeping your food simple & nutritious.
#3 Most are not hydrated. Drink water...please!
