Why does the word "fat" make everyone nervous?
Immediately they begin to think of the extra bulge they have around their waist or thighs. Fat has gotten a bad rap over the years and I am hear to say that I like fat, especially the "good" fat.
Certain fat has been wrongly suggested as food that we should avoid and can do harm to our health.
I can remember reclining in the lounge chair, applying the baby oil and roasting like a chicken in the heat of the sun. Ahhh, young and dumb. We should know better, right? Well, if you are suffering from too much sun, here are "3" things that I have found that give you some relief.
Balance...it is hard to do anything if we do not have balance.
Walking, doing everyday basic needs become impossible.
Did you know that when we are in a heightened state of fear or anxiety we may be at higher risk for becoming unbalanced, having dizziness and having falls?

Whether you are at home, hiking or spending the weekend camping, you can suddenly get ear issues which can result in dizziness and diminished hearing which can just ruin your day. So please don't ignore your ears.
Neglecting Our Ears...
They came to the physician office several times during the year and the complaints were often the same. These were the patients who were complaining of dizziness, decreased hearing, ear pain, a plugged feeling in the ear, ringing and itching.
A quick look with the otoscope revealed the culprit. It looked like the Rock of Gibraltar was wedged inside the ear canal. Often when there is blockage or impaction, it is a result of wax getting pushed deep in the ear canal. Earwax blockage is one of the most common ear problems doctors see.
Cancer is an abnormal growth of cells. Your body usually takes care of these abnormal cells.
But if your immune system is suppressed, problems can arise. Cancer cells keep growing and spreading if our immune systems cannot control these abnormal cells. This post is in my simple explanation from my research and there is a link to videos below to help give you more info.
