Happily ever after...we all long to live the pleasant life, free of burdens and care.
But all around us we see suffering.
Loss of income, home, possessions, illness, relationship issues. It all stirs fear in the heart. The trials of life can steal our happiness, wear us down and cause inner pain and sorrow.
But when we give our life to Jesus,
we no longer need to feel that life is
out of control, because we have given Him control of our life.
We need not focus on the trial, but focus on Him and His plan. Yes, the world may make us miserable at times, but the world can never steal the "inner joy" that Jesus gives us. Here is why:
So what do we have that money can't buy and death can't take away? We have Christ. We have a heavenly eternal home! We have a promise that He will never leave us! We have inner peace, comfort and joy.
We surely will all have our share of tears, anxiety and physical pain as we were never meant to be a super woman...we are meant to be a spiritual woman. Trials will try to crush you, burdens will weigh heavy on your mind, but you have the ability to draw on you inner spiritual strength.
The difference between a strong woman and a spiritual woman of strength you ask?
A strong woman works out every day to keep her body in shape,
but a woman of strength kneels in prayer to keep her soul in shape.
A strong woman isn't afraid of anything,
but a woman of strength shows courage in the midst of her fear.
A strong woman won't let anyone get the best of her,
but a woman of strength gives the best of herself to everyone.
A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future.
A woman of strength realizes life's mistakes can also be God's blessings and capitalizes on them.
A strong woman walks sure footedly, but a woman of strength knows God will catch here when she falls.
A strong woman wears the look of confidence on her face, but a woman of strength wears grace.
A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey, but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.
Strength and honor are her clothing, and she shall rejoice in time to come.
