Tis the season to spend money...or not. Gifts, gifts, gifts. We spend so much money on "things." Yet, to save a dollar and do it simply, let's use more natural elements in our Christmas decor.
Pine needles, pine cones, evergreen shrubs, dried fruit are waiting to be part of the warmth in your holiday home this year. Candles in mason jars and wood piled high with white lights, and dollar store red bows all make for setting the Christmas scene.
Gifts wrapped in twine and decorated with nature, are so appealing and inexpensive. Your table setting can consist of the plainest white dinnerware and yet with the right natural elements can make your holiday table sparkle.
For an inexpensive eye-catching wreath, watch the video below using "pool noodles."
The ornaments can be found at the Dollar Tree for yes, $1.00 for 10 balls.
