Spring is here...that means more time spent walking and enjoying the woods.
Living in the mountains for the past few years, one special love was to take quiet time walking through the woods.
Time alone hiking or walking the trails, lets you experience a calm, a sense of wonder and rejuvenation.
But along with all the beauty of nature, comes a threat.
We all love when the weather turns warmer and we have the opportunity to spend more time out in the fresh air and sunshine.
But more and more children are not found running around outdoors playing ball, they are spending more time inside,
at the desk, and sitting in from of TV's!
Who eats salmon? Well just about anyone that you ask will say, "ME! It's good for you."
And sure, I will answer the same way. For all we hear about is how, of all the different types of fish, salmon has received the most praise for being a nutritional marvel.

Why does the word "fat" make everyone nervous?
