"5" reasons why people may be sick...
#1 Most people just lack the knowledge
Most people never think twice about what they put into their mouth.
If it tastes good, they eat it. They never understand how most of the food they are eating is hurting them, not nourishing them. If many would STOP and read the ingredients on labels first, they would be amazed at what they are eating.
Daily we are eating vegetables and fruits sprayed with poison, eating fish from China, and munching on pesticide laced snacks.
We must stop eating anything that is placed before us on the grocery shelves.
We must stop being ignorant of the fact that our food is often contaminated and altered in a way that is affecting our health.
#2 Most people eat the wrong food
Eating clean means keeping your food simple & nutritious.
Build A Salad A Day: any type of greens, tomato, cucumber, diced red pepper, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberry, onions, sprinkle with dried oregano (excellent herb!).
Now that is a "live" meal. Enjoy!
#3 Most are not hydrated. Drink water...please!
Staying hydrated is vital to a healthy body.
Water with lemon added is a detox for body and skin. It actually becomes alkaline water and an alkaline state is very good for the body.
#4 Many people need a tune-up!
Do you keep your car tuned up and the oil changed or do you just wait until it won't start? Your body needs to keep it's immune system in fighting shape to ward of illness and disease.
So give your body what it needs to fight off germs and disease.
Keep your body tuned up or immuned up with:
#5 You may NOT be listening to your body
Do you have joint pain? Do you have a sugar issue? Are you always tired?
Make a list of your symptoms and talk with your doctor. If all you get is a handful of prescriptions, seek out another doctor, hopefully a Functional Physician who will find the cause and NOT just treat the symptoms.
Use your fingers and GOOGLE your symptoms and get educated before talking with your doctor.
ASK questions. ASK for lab work and then GET the results in your hand. You are your own best advocate.
